  • Returns must be shipped at customer's own expense ($6.00) within 30 days of receiving your order, will have $6.00 deducted from your refund or you can choose to own your carrier.

  • We don't not offer return label for the international orders

  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
  • Exchanges labels are provided for free for your first exchange only.
  • Please do not combine exchanges from separate orders, as labels are based on weight and our system will not recognize delivery. 
  • Exchanges are free and a return label is provided. We accept one exchange per item per order. 
  • We do not guarantee availability of exchange items. If the item is not in stock a refund will be processed, minus $6.00 for the return shipping label.
  • This includes the United States Only. All international orders are required to purchase their own return shipping labels.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, all original tags still in place, unworn and unwashed.
