Didn't get it postmarked within 10 days? That's ok! Return or exchange merchandise by mail within 30 days of the order date for a refund to the original form of payment. Any items sent back after 10 days of order data that use our return shipping label will have $7.95 deducted from your refund or you can choose to own your carrier.
*Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Salt Tree and product tags attached with RMA (Return merchandise authorization).
*Final sale items (NON-RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):
*All items ending in $.97 are final sale, bodysuits, swimsuits, are non-returnable.
*Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
When will my order ship?
Orders with USPS first class Shipping can take 24 hours to be processed and shipped. USPS Priority Mailand FedEx orders placed before 3:00 PM PT will be shipped the same day. Weekends (Sunday) and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
